Regular Beers
Our range of regular beers that are typically available during most of the year. A great mixture of classic beer styles and our signature beers, the regular beers are a good staple to rely on. Due to the small capacity of our taproom and our brewing schedule, we rotate these beers on cask, and they may not be available in polypins without a pre-order.
Mayflower Gold
Rich American IPA – 6.5%
A powerfully-hopped American-style pale ale brewed with a mixture of UK & US hops, with a strong sweetness and a hint of fruit.
Availability: Normally available in cask, bottles and polypins.
Billericay Blonde
Hoppy Golden Ale – 4.0%
A refreshingly light golden ale, with a nice hoppiness that balances flavour and texture to create the perfect, cold beer for a Summer’s day.
Availability: Almost always available in cask/key keg, bottles and polypins.
Billericay Dickie
Bitter Amber Ale – 4.2%
A balanced amber ale with a darker yet hoppy flavour reminiscent of old English bitters, and a slight, sweet maltiness to finish it with.

Chapel Street Porter
Rich Porter – 5.9%
A rich, smoky dark ale with a blend of chocolate, coffee and other flavours complimented with a strong maltiness.

Billericay Zeppelin
Pale Amber Ale – 3.8%
A light, sessionable pale amber with a slight hoppiness and a refreshingly light texture.
Availability: Almost always available in cask, bottles and polypins.
Rhythm Stick
Rich Amber Ale – 4.8%
A smooth, slightly hoppy rich amber, with a dark, sweet flavour and an almost caramel-like aftertaste.

Chilli Porter
Spicy Dark Porter – 5.9%
Our Chapel Street Porter with chilli added post-brew, creating a juxtaposition of dark, smooth flavours and a spicy kick and aftertaste.

Mayflower Pale
American Pale Ale – 4.5%
A light, hoppy American pale ale that balances great flavour with a light and refreshing texture.

Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll
American IPA – 5.0%
Our flagship IPA. A blend of 3 US hops and several malts to give a heavy, fruity flavour that’s still refreshingly light.

Woody’s Bark
Dark Stout – 4.3%
A dark ale with a light, sweet flavour and a hint of smokiness. A relaxing, smooth stout that’s perfect for a calm evening.

Billericay Barista
Coffee Porter – 5.9%
Our Chapel Street Porter with with coffee added post-brew, creating a strong but relaxing blend of coffee and chololate-ty flavours.

Vanilla Bark
Vanilla Stout – 4.3%
Our Woody’s Bark with vanilla added, enhancing its sweetness and making a sweeter, smoother ale than its counterpart.

Extra Pale Maris Otter Barley and a healthy dose of US Hops, makes this unfined Pale Ale a real thirst quencher.
